Parents can obtain the admission form in two ways:
Collect it from the school office, OR
This form provides essential details for your child’s admission and helps us understand their academic background.
We carry out age-appropriate assessments to understand each child’s developmental stage and learning needs. This is friendly, informal, and child-centered.
Play-based interaction
Simple tasks like coloring, sound recognition, shapes
Observing communication, social comfort & motor skills
Literacy: reading, writing & comprehension
Numeracy: counting, basic operations, number patterns
General skills: problem-solving & basic understanding
Short oral interview to assess confidence & communication
These evaluations help us place your child in the right level and provide appropriate support.
A short meeting to:
Discuss your child’s educational journey
Understand any special needs or learning challenges
Share school expectations, values, and policies
Answer any questions parents may have
This conversation ensures a strong partnership between parents and the school from day one.
If your child is accepted:
You will receive an admission letter
Fee details and school calendar will be shared
Uniform and supplies list provided
A short orientation session conducted for both parent and learner
This helps your child settle in confidently and begin learning smoothly.
To complete the admission process, please submit:
Copy of child’s birth certificate
Two (2) recent passport-size photos
Previous report form (for Grade 1–6 applicants)
Copy of parent/guardian’s ID
Transfer letter (for learners transferring from another school)
Our administrative team will verify all documents during processing.
